Honest Minutes is offered as-is, for personal reflection. You’re welcome to use it, quote individual questions with attribution, and share links to them anywhere you like.

Please don’t:

• — scrape or copy the question library wholesale
• — republish the questions as your own work or product
• — use the library to train a machine-learning model
• — attempt to disrupt the service, or access parts of it you haven’t been given access to

Anything you write on this site stays in your own browser and belongs entirely to you. We never receive it, claim no licence over it, and cannot recover it if you clear your browser data or switch devices.

The daily question email is free. We may change what it contains, how often it arrives, or stop sending it. You can leave at any time using the link in any email or at /unsubscribe, and we’ll stop immediately.

Joining the Journal or app list registers interest and nothing more. It isn’t an order, a reservation, or a payment, and it guarantees neither availability nor a particular price. Journal No. 01 is still in design; nothing has been manufactured or sold.

Honest Minutes is a reflection practice. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it isn’t a substitute for any of them.

The questions are written to be constructive, but reflection can surface difficult things. If something you’re working through needs more than a few quiet minutes, please talk to a doctor, a therapist, or a local crisis line — they can help in ways a daily email can’t.

The questions, written content, design, and code of Honest Minutes belong to us. The name and wordmark are ours too. You may quote a question with attribution and link to any page; everything beyond that needs permission, which is usually a short email away.

We’d like the site to be available all the time, but we don’t promise it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these terms — the date at the top shows when they last changed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest Minutes isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the emails, including lost reflections. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you operate Honest Minutes from elsewhere, this needs changing — see the note below.
